Anyone with even an iota of concern for the quality of the human environment knows full well that the current resident of the White House could care less about it. His concerns are mollifying the base and huntin' "turists."
Several years ago a huge multi-agency effort was launched to turn around the deteriorating conditions in the Florida Everglades. Bush used to fly to Miami on a regular basis for photo-ops with his worthless brother as they tried to make themselves appear environmentally concerned.
