Bush Went Fishing Six Years Ago Today

Six years ago today, resident Bush received a classified intelligence briefing that warned bin Laden was determined to strike inside the U.S. Bush was described as being “carefree” on the day he received the briefing at his Crawford ranch in August 2001. Condoleezza Rice later dismissed the urgency of the briefing, claiming it was “not a warning” but rather an “historical memo.”

We all know now that after receiving his August 6 2001 memo that shed considerable light on the dangers posed to the United States, our Failure-in-Chief went fishing. Then on September 11, just 36 days after receiving the classified briefing about this threat to the nation and our welfare, Bush hid behind a book about goats while hiding in a kindergarten classroom in Florida after word of the attacks reached him. When he finally dragged himself away from the goat-filled book, our "leader" hid under a cornfield in Nebraska until it was safe for him to return to DC and strut around like a tough son of a bitch who was going to "smoke em out" and later "bring em on."

Wake up Sheeple.
