UNDER Bush, the United States, the country that most utilizes the human rights issue for propaganda purposes, currently maintains more than 7 million of its own citizens in its prison system, both state and federal, without including citizens held in city or county jails.Isn't it ironic as hell that to obtain a report on American human rights abuses we have to look to a newspaper from Havana Cuba? Who would have ever thought?
Well, we wouldn't have had to consider it had we not been given the Failure-in-Chief and his disdain for the First Amendment. Thanks Cuba, for telling us about ourselves. At least someone somewhere is.
