America's Mood

In new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, 46% plurality calls for "major reforms and a brand new and different approach" in government. "The mood is for more than small incremental changes," says Democrat Peter Hart, who conducts WSJ/NBC surveys with Republican counterpart Bill McInturff.
The most telling statistic in this story is contained in this paragraph:
Proportion saying increase in U.S. forces is "helping the situation" rises to 37% from 33% last month and 24% in April. Yet the number saying victory remains possible drops to 37% from 40% in November.
When I read that statistic I had to ask who these 37 percent are and have they been sterilized so their genes cannot be spewed further throughout the gene pool???

About 30 percent of the American public gets its "news" from the Fox Opinion network so its not surprising that a similar percentage things that victory remains possible in Iraqnam. We can all hope that maybe, like the lemmings they are, they will drive themselves off a cliff when they find out that the only "victory" we have in Iraqnam is the one concocted in Bush's mind when he stood on the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln 500 meters off the coast of San Diego and proclaimed that the "mission" was accomplished.

Wake up sheeple.
