Baghdad can't keep electricity on for more than 2 hours at a stretch and yet the entire country will be self-governing in less 13 months? Sectarian violence continues to rage in Iraq and Dick thinks everything will be all fine in 13 months? Iraq can't tie its own shoes right now because of the interference and meddling of the United States government (that would be the Bush Administration) yet Uncle Dick thinks they can run their own affairs in 13 months?
I think Dick needs to take more Rythmol for his atrial fibrilation because it seems the blood supply to his brain is coming in spits and spurts.
