House Passes Ban on Waterboarding

First of all the 199 Neanderthals who voted against this bill need to have a bout with waterboarding to find out what they support. Secondly this bill doesn't have a chance of passing the Repignofascist controlled Senate, and third, even if it did, the Cocaine Cowboy would veto it.

We need a Democratic President, a 435-0 Democratic majority in the House and a 70-30 majority in the Senate in the next Congress.
