Oregonians Taking Action to Impeach the Chimp and Grumpy

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - At noon today, a group including veterans, grandparents and younger people calling themselves "Individuals for Justice" will sit in front of the main entrance to Representative Earl Blumenauer's Office Building at 729 NE Oregon to demand that he support bringing articles of Impeachment against Dick Cheney and George W. Bush.

For the 21st week the group will call on Blumenauer to respond to the advice of Multnomah County Democrats and the 65 % of the public that supports impeachment.

Its so refreshing to be a liberal and know that a place like Oregon exists. It, Vermont, northern Virginia, are all such nice beacons of logical progressive thought in a nation numbed by the mouths of Rush Limbaugh and Fox News.

Today in Oregon a goup took their weekly protest against the war in Iraqnam and shifted it to the district office of their Congressman. They are willing to be arrested to make their point to the Congressman. Lets hope they succeed.

And no its not too late to impeach and remove Chimpy and Grumpy. 395 days from today they will be gone. Count back the last 395 days and see how much damage they have done, then give that effort a boost of steroids as they try to jam through additional measures to mollify their kind.
