South Korea Gets Out of Bush's Middle East Failure

South Korean troops have returned home from Afghanistan, ending the country's five-year contribution to US-led forces there.

The pullout of 195 troops – mostly medics and engineers - was part of a pledge South Korea gave to the Taliban to ensure the freedom of 23 hostages taken captive earlier this year.
Good on ya, South Korea as another player in Bush's coallition of the unwilling does the right thing and leaves an unwinnable quagmire. I wish the others would all bail out tomorrow.

Isn't it ironic that there is no mention of this momentous occasion on any of the conservative-biased media in the United States??
