Rude Rudy Plummets in the Polls

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani has fallen 13 points since November and is now tied with Mitt Romney nationally in the race for the Republican presidential nomination, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released on Wednesday.

According to the poll, Giuliani and the former Massachusetts governor are tied with 20 percent support among Republican primary voters.
This is great news! It demonstrates that even Repignofascists are some times capable of getting beyond the bluff and bluster to discover just how shallow one of their candidates can be. Its unfortunate they didn't do this in 2000 and in 2004, but at least they are doing it now.

Personally given the field of candidates being offered by the Repignofascists, were I one of them I'd probably just sit out the 2008 election. The choices are not only scary but repulsive. Rudy wouldn't know the truth if it bit him - unless it involved having a affair on his then-wife. Mitt is so weighted down by his picture perfect hair that he's incapable of remembering which side of an issue he was on with the last group he bamboozled. John McCain is just plain old and mean and has no business trying to run for anything other than a retirement home in Tempe. And then there's poor dumb Fred Thompson who, like the bumpersticker I saw recently in Gulf Shores Alabama read "Fred Thompson - Southern Fried Reagan." If he has to identify himself with a brain-dead liar who quadrupled the national debt in four years, then Fred should go back to acting.

It will be fun watching the Repignofascist candidates eat their own as the months tick by. Fewer than 400 days to go and we'll have someone with some sort of intelligence in the White House for the first time in 8 years. I can't wait.
