Registering With the FBI For Saturday's Anti-War Protest

As a courtesy I just sent the following to the FBI through their "tips and public leads" website registering with them for this Saturday's protest against bush's war. You can get the URL to register yourself by clicking on the post title

Dear FBI.

This Saturday, March 17, there will be a massive demonstration against the United States' illegal, immoral and god-awful war in Iraqnam. We the people will be assembling near the Vietnam Vets memorial at 23rd and Constitution Avenue in the District and at about 12:30 pm we will begin our march to the Pentagon. This march will commemorate the 4th anniversary of Bush's illegal invasion of a sovereign nation. An invasion based on a pack of lies.

Because it is well known to the entire world now that in the Bush Administration there no longer remains any semblance of the rule of law or is there any abiding by the United States Constitution (afterall, resident bush declared the Constitution "just a god damned piece of paper") I know that the FBI will be in the crowd on Saturday monitoring us and taking notes. (sorry for the run on sentence - I get carried away at times).

To save you some time, I wanted to register now with the FBI so you dont have to take up important snooping time on me when you could be harassing other protesters. You already have a thick file on me (it was thick in 1992 when an FBI agent friend checked - I'm sure its elephantine by now with all of my electronic correspondence with the Failure-in-Chief in the White House). However to let your goon squad more clearly identify me, I'll be the good looking stud in gold rimmed glasses wearing a gray t shirt that reads "In Your Face Radio.Net" across the front. I'll be wearing khaki slacks and New Balance running shoes. Im not sure if you have a current photo of me on file and, sorry, I dont have one to share. Maybe in the frenzy of harassing all of us peaceful protesters on Saturday you can get a more up to date pic of me? If so, would you mind emailing it to me at the address above? Thanks.

On my back will be a green day pack in which I will be carrying 1) a bottle of water, 2) some toilet paper to wipe away the bullshit being spewed by the anarchists from www.freerepublic.com who will be there to disrupt the march, and 3) a copy of the United States Constitution. Hopefully you guys remember the Constitution. Maybe not under Gitmo Gonzales' direction. And in case you have forgotten it I'll have a copy for your goons to read.

The protest on Saturday promises to be one hell of a show. Despite the 100s of thousands of us who will be there to peacefully express our disgust with the illegal war in Iraqnam and our disgust with the person residing illegally in the White House, there will be some trouble makers. If you are not sure of that statement, check out these two websites

The reichwing nuts think we are going to deface the Vietnam Vets memorial. If your goons want to really be helpful on Saturday post a bunch of agents at the Memorial and bust the heads of the reichwing whack jobs who do this. Its right out of Karl Rove's playbook.

The protest on Saturday has all the makings of a real 1960s era show. It was 40 years ago this year that Abbie Hoffman and Jerry Rubin marched on the Pentagon and tried to levitate it. That protest was the beginning of the end of the Vietnam War. We the people can only hope that Saturday's massive protest will be the beginning of the end of this horrific debacle that your president has gotten us into.

Anyway, FBI, I wanted to save you some time on Saturday by registering as an anti-war protester now. You should already have my social security number on file. If not, just drop me a note at the email address above and I'll gladly send it along.

Hope to see lots of people with antennae sticking out of their ears inflitrating our ranks on Saturday. Hopefully the experience will be emotional enough that even the FBI throws down its arms and joins us in trying to bring a stop to this illegal madness your "president" has created.

As we used to say back in the 60's when we had real protests in this country "peace, love, and power to the people." See you all on Saturday.
