BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (AP) -- Supporters of Sen. Larry Craig with the American Land Rights Association are calling for a boycott of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport. Were it not for the fact that this group is a "private property rights" advocate, and 2) from the west, you could likely shake this story off as something planted to cause people distress. Unfortunately there are more than just a few of these whacko groups out there.
The Battle Ground (Washington) based association says airport police who arrested the senator in a men's room sex sting are responsible for weakening private property rights in the West. Craig is a Republican member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
These same idiots who want to boycott the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport because police officers there are doing their job, are the same sort of idiots who belong to the National Rifle Association and believe there is a liberal behind every tree just waiting to take their guns.
As for me, I read this story and then went to Northwest Airlines' website www.nwa.com and booked a flight through Minneapolis in both directions. It cost a little more than going via Detroit or Memphis. But if it does anything to upset the plans of this bunch of yahoo's the extra money is worth it.
Good god/allah. And to think we share earth's precious non-renewable resources with pea-brains like this.
