America - The 9th Fattest Country on Earth

There are currently 1.6 billion overweight adults in the world, according to the World Health Organization. That number is projected to grow by 40% over the next 10 years. The following list reflects the percentage of overweight adults aged 15 and over. These are individuals who have individual body mass indexes, which measures weight relative to height, greater than or equal to 25. Obese is defined as having a BMI greater than or equal to 30.
Check out the table that goes with this story.

Its quite an honor for the United States to be not only the 9th fattest country on earth but also to be the second fattest "first world" nation after Kuwait. Then its not until Greece at 16th that another first world country shows up.

Quite the accomplishment on our part. I wonder how many people say "I'll have a steak and a couple clogged arteries, please" when they order dinner?

It's really getting out of hand. I have never in my life seen children the size they get to be now. Somehow, a solution has to be made about this. At this rate, pretty soon the average age of a heart attack we be about 20.
