CBS) Over the holidays, the White House made a surprising announcement: after months of negotiations and urgent demands from the president for passage of a Defense Department spending bill, the legislation - passed by wide margins in both the House and Senate - was being rejected by President Bush.Of course this is the same creep who belittles the Democrats as being "anti troop" when they want to cut funding to end the war.
