Another Bush Irony
Is this story classic Bush or what?
Tougher security along the U.S.-Mexico border is forcing migrants to take more dangerous, remote routes to cross into the United States and pushing up the number of deaths in the desert.
This year could see a record of well over 500 such deaths. At least 275 Mexican bodies have been found in the first six months, according to a Mexican Congressional report backed by U.S. and Mexican border groups and academics.
The irony here is that Bush, when talking about his veto of recent stem cell legislation said that "all life is sacred."
Apparently not, you asshole. The only life that is sacred to you is life that is in the base of the neocon-swamped Repugnican party. Some poor soul named Jose trudging across the Chihuahuan desert to try for a better life in the United States is just another dead wetback....unless he comes here and contributes to the Repugnican Party campaign.
Then Jose would be a welcomed soul...not a lost one that you could care less about.
I honestly hope that the "christians" are right and that there is a "god" and a "jesus" and that there is a "judgement day." I have this hope because I want to be there to watch when you come up to face your judgement. "God" will take out a long list of horrific things you did to those less fortunate than you. He/She/It will burst out laughing and say "you think you're getting into WHAT??" LOLOL. I wish I could be there to watch it.
