Iraqi PM Relationship with Chief US Occupier Considered "Difficult"

BAGHDAD — A key aide says Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s relations with U.S. commander Gen. David Petraeus are so poor the Iraqi leader may ask Washington the withdraw the well-regarded U.S. military leader from duty here. The Iraqi foreign minister calls the relationship “difficult.”

Now isn't this just sweet?

I seem to remember four long years ago hearing a sniveling little bitch named Douglas Feith saying that the Iraqis would greet American troops as "liberators" in Iraqnam.

How many times in the past has the conservative-biased news media in 'Merika quoted Bush as saying that the United States will leave Iraqnam when the Iraqis want us gone?

When the paid-for Prime Minister of Iraqnam starts saying that he's not too happy with America's chief occupier you would think that the loyal Bushies would take notice. Instead we'll see Maliki in DC in a couple weeks sipping whiskey and smoking cigars with the Chimp and then suddenly our chief occupier will be ok in his mind. I just wonder how many millions we will have to shell out to Maliki to maintain his loyalty?

Heckuva job, Dubya.
