Doctors removed five small growths from President Bush 's colon Saturday after he temporarily transferred the powers of his office to Vice President Dick Cheney under the rarely invoked 25th Amendment.
It will be interesting to find out if the removal of growths from Bush's brain does anything to increase his mental capacity. Will his IQ increase? Will he now be able to properly pronounce trisyllabic words or larger? Or will his ability for rectal reasoning increase? It seems to be how Bush addresses most challenges.
