WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan could cost taxpayers a total of $2.4 trillion by 2017 when counting the huge interest costs because combat is being financed with borrowed money, according to a study released on Wednesday.Remember when that little gutter snipe Paul Wolfowitz testified before Congress that the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraqnam would "pay for itself."?? Remember that pack of lies that the sheeple of America heard and believed and then urged their members of Congress to support???
Well its coming back to bite us in the Cheney. And not one of those despicable bastards who lied us into this illegal invasion and occupation of Iraqnam will be paying for it because the laws they have had passed will give all those rich bastards a free pass on paying more taxes to pay for Bush's Folly.
You and me and every other middle class American (assuming there still is a Middle Class) will be paying for this foolishness for many years to come. Despite Wolfie saying that the war will pay for itself, not one person, not a single Democrat, will demand that Bush or Cheney or Wolfie or any of the other architects of this disaster will have to spend a single second in jail for what they created.
Nope. You and me and everyone else who pays taxes will pay for this while Bush skates.
