NEW YORK The Times-Picayune of New Orleans has revealed that records it had obtained showed that local St. Bernard Parish Councilman Joey DiFatta has been stopped twice since 1996 for suspicion of engaging in lewd behavior in public restrooms in the area.
And in case you wondered, a little research will reveal that Joey is a Repignican. They are so predictable.
