You would think that after all the rhetoric we have heard about smoking out and gittin turists that the Bush Administration would be the first in line to thwart a terrorist attack or would be the first in line to beef up facilities that are susceptible to terrorism.
That would be the case if it did not involve his beloved oil and gas industry.
