As with every other program the Bush Abomination has tried to implement, abstinence education is not working. The backlash against wasting money on abstinence education is another example of the inability of government to legislate behavior.
The one positive thing to come out of this news, however, is this. Should Senator David Vitter (Republic Party of Louisiana) ever resign from his office because of his inability to keep his zipper zipped around prostitutes, he would be the logical first choice of the Bush Abomination to lead the office of abstinence education in the country.
Heckuva job.
