How much lower can these idiots slither?
Now Senator Tom Coburn the medical doctor Senator from Oklahoma who represents the Family Values Party (Repugnican) headed by George Bush who when defending his veto of a stem cell bill said "All Life is Sacred" is promoting the shooting of of drug traffickers by Border Patrol agents.
As Sam Kinison would say "You can't make this stuff up. People have to actually do it."
First of all, when did "God" decide that Repugnicans could play "god" with other people's lives?
Second, don't we live in a country where someone is supposedly innocent until proven guilty?
Third, who died and put Coburn in charge?
What happens when a Border Patrol agent thinks someone is trafficking in drugs and wastes him only to find out he was carrying something totally legal? Will Tom Coburn pay the court settlement out of his own pocket?
Even more disgusting is the fact that Tom Coburn is a medical doctor. I always thought the single most important purpose of a medical doctor was to keep people alive. I guess that doesn't fit when you are dealing with a Repugnican doctor?
I'll have to check the record but I think Coburn was one of those most actively involved in trying to keep a brain dead Terri Schiavo alive despite her husband's wishes to end her life. Coburn of course was pro-life in that situation.
I truly feel sorry for the people of Oklahoma. Not only do you have a jackal like Jim Inhofe as a Senator, you have a pious pro-life doctor representing you as well. Any liberal living in Oklahoma should consider moving to Vermont.
