Another Monday and another 80 dead in car bombings in Iraqnam.
And throughout Neoconland we have the likes of William Kristol and others jumping up and down exclaiming that this is one more piece of evidence of how the surge is working. And in their mind its working because no more than 80 people were killed.
Its all in how they spin it.
